You don’t have to apply for anything

Since 2020, the EU drone regulation has applied in Germany. Anyone flying commercially needs more than a drone. We take care of that – before every flight.

  1. Drone license

    STS incl. A1–A3.

  2. Registered

As an operator with the Federal Aviation Office (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt).

  3. Insured

Drone liability insurance for commercial flights.

  4. Geo-zones checked

Residential areas, nature reserves, clinics, industry, federal highways and airfields such as Haßfurt-Schweinfurt have their own rules. We check the location in the official geo-zone map.

  5. Consents obtained

From owners of neighboring properties or authorities, if necessary.

  6. Privacy coordinated

If people are recognizable, we clarify beforehand who may appear in the picture and how.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a permit to film my property?

No, we take care of that. Before every flight we check the geo-zones, obtain any necessary consents from neighbors or authorities and tell you if there are restrictions.

Can you fly anywhere?

Not without further ado. With the STS drone license incl. A1–A3, we can also fly special operations and apply for permits where they are needed. Before every flight, we check the legal situation.

What happens in bad weather?

In strong wind or rain, a safe flight is not possible. Then we reschedule free of charge.

How high can you fly?

Up to 120 meters in the open category. That is plenty for most shots – lower altitudes are often even more interesting.

Are you insured?

Yes. Drone liability insurance for commercial flights is mandatory, and we have it.

Can the footage go into our corporate film?

Yes. We deliver in 4K and ProRes, which fits any video project. We are also happy to produce the whole film.

Where can we fly for you

Tell us the location, subject and preferred date. You get an assessment of permits and weather, and a fixed price.
